While LuxDating is based in New Zealand, the platform is open to users from any country who meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these terms. International users must ensure their use of LuxDating complies with the laws of their respective countries.
Users acknowledge that any communication or meetings with other users are entirely at their own risk. LuxDating does not perform background checks on users and is not liable for any harm, disputes, assaults, or incidents that may arise from user interactions on or off the platform. LuxDating facilitates connections through an automated algorithm based on user-provided data. We do not guarantee compatibility or success, and users are solely responsible for how they act upon any matches suggested by the platform.
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes or to transmit offensive or harmful material. Accounts that violate our content standards or community guidelines may be suspended or removed without notice.
You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant LuxDating a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform. All images are blurred and watermarked for security and privacy. Unauthorized use of another user’s images or information is strictly prohibited.
LuxDating offers subscription-based access and token-based features. Payments are non-refundable—including in cases where users are dissatisfied with matches—except where required under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act. LuxDating does not guarantee the quality, quantity, or outcome of matches generated by the algorithm. Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods on file.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account without warning if a user breaches our terms, harasses others, or engages in unauthorized commercial use of the platform.
LuxDating is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from using the service. To the maximum extent allowed by law, LuxDating disclaims all liability for damages, including loss of data, harm from user interaction, or technical issues. You acknowledge that LuxDating’s matching algorithm is a tool to assist discovery and connection, not a guarantee of relationship success or compatibility. LuxDating will not be held liable for any physical, emotional, psychological, or financial harm resulting from interactions made through the platform.
Disputes arising from use of the platform shall be governed by New Zealand law and resolved in New Zealand courts.
