LuxDating is only for users aged 18 years or older. If you believe someone using LuxDating is under 18, please report it to support@luxdating.co.nz.

2. Verification Helps, But Stay Careful

LuxDating may use age or identity verification to help reduce fake profiles. Verification is not a background check and does not guarantee that another user is safe, honest, single, or suitable to meet.

3. Protect Your Personal Details

Be careful about sharing personal information. Do not send your home address, workplace address, banking details, passwords, ID documents, passport, driver licence, private email accounts, or security codes to another user.

4. Never Send Money

Do not send money, gifts, cryptocurrency, vouchers, loans, travel money, or bank transfers to someone you meet through LuxDating.

Be cautious if someone asks for money because of travel issues, medical problems, family emergencies, business problems, investment opportunities, or sudden personal hardship.

5. Watch for Scam Warning Signs

• They ask for money, vouchers, crypto, gifts, or financial help.
• They want to move the conversation away from LuxDating very quickly.
• They avoid simple verification or video calls.
• They send suspicious links or ask you to download files.
• They ask for private photos, ID documents, bank details, or passwords.
• They offer investments, crypto trading, business deals, or financial advice.
• Their story feels rushed, emotional, or designed to pressure you.

6. Private Photos

LuxDating may use blur, lock, timer, consent, token, membership, and watermark features to help protect photos.

These tools help improve privacy, but no online system can fully stop screenshots, screen recording, external camera capture, copying, or misuse by another person.

7. Meeting in Person

If you meet someone in person, meet in a public place, arrange your own transport, tell someone you trust where you are going, and keep your phone charged.

For a first meeting, avoid meeting at your home, their home, a hotel room, or a private location. If you feel uncomfortable, leave.

8. Respect and Consent

You do not owe anyone your time, attention, photos, personal information, or continued contact. Pressure, threats, harassment, stalking, intimidation, unwanted sexual behaviour, or misuse of private photos should be reported.

9. Report Concerns

Report fake profiles, scams, abuse, harassment, underage users, suspicious accounts, misuse of private photos, or unsafe behaviour to:

Please include the profile name, screenshots if appropriate, and a clear description of what happened.

10. Emergency Situations

LuxDating support is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or believe someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services straight away. In New Zealand, call 111.
